Food Hub, the newest food court-concept and street food shop, opened yesterday beside the University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos in Bacolod City to cater to students and other walk-in customers.
Located along Mabini and Lizares Street, Food Hub serves an array of sanitary street foods franchised from The Family Dream, makers of known brands such as Emperor’s Siomai, PinoyPao, Red Bowl and Jack’s.

Winston Joseph Cenidoza, one of the four owners of Food Hub, said they want their customers to experience eating delicious street foods in the comfort of a homey ambience.

“The concept is for them to enjoy street foods away from the street”, he added. Inside the establishment are the four food carts that carry different products.

Food Hub serves usual street food fares like fishball, tempura, kikiam, squidball, pork, shrimp, Japanese, shark’s fin and chilli crab siomai. Also, bola-bola, asado and ham and cheese siopao as well as the mini-Paosflavoured with mongo, ube, cheese and choco.
For the rice meals, they serve chicken, beef and pork teriyaki and tocino, tapa and sisig.

Joe SerelleDeves, another owner, pointed out that Food Hub guarantees affordability, product quality and safety to its customer.

He said their products have undergone a series of quality and sanitary tests to ensure safety.
“Like the way we owners are incorporated into this business by faith and trust, we are also committed to serve our clients with total satisfaction for them to trust and patronize us,”Deves added.*
